By creating an account or using any part of the Thyme Capsule service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Thyme Capsule provides a platform for digitizing, organizing, and sharing handwritten family recipes using AI-powered tools. Features include recipe transcription from photos, image restoration, AI-generated dish photography, cookbook organization, and physical book printing (collectively, the "Service").
You must sign in with a valid account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@thyme-capsule.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Thyme Capsule offers the following subscription tiers:
All paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You retain full ownership of all recipe photos, text, and other content you upload to Thyme Capsule ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for Your Content.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The Service uses AI to transcribe recipes, restore images, and generate dish photographs. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it. We make no warranty that transcriptions are complete or accurate.
When you order a printed recipe book, the order is fulfilled by our third-party print partner. Printed products are non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
The Thyme Capsule name, logo, application design, and all original content created by us are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thyme Capsule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim or (b) $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thyme Capsule and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete Your Content after a grace period of 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
